The Fix: Driveway Lifting, Stabilization & Crack Caulking
Elevated Concrete Lifting inspected the driveway and recommended polyurethane concrete lifting to raise and stabilize the settled slab.
The repair also included caulking the crack to help seal the opening and improve the finished appearance.
Step 1: Drill
Small access holes were drilled in planned locations through the affected driveway section.
These holes allowed the lifting material to reach the weak and unsupported areas beneath the concrete.
Step 2: Lift & Stabilize
High-density polyurethane foam was injected beneath the driveway. As the foam expanded, it filled voids, supported weak areas, and helped lift the settled concrete back toward a better position.
The lifting process was carefully controlled to improve the driveway’s alignment while stabilizing the slab from below.
Step 3: Patch, Caulk & Clean
After the driveway was lifted and stabilized, the small access holes were patched.
The crack was then caulked to help reduce water entry and create a cleaner finished look. Once the repair was complete, the work area was cleaned up.
