Concrete Lifting Lifetime Warranty & Guarantee

1. Compensation

Elevated Concrete Lifting provides clients with detailed estimates for all projects. Clients are required to pay as specified in the estimate. Prices are subject to adjustment, with client approval, if the void beneath the slab is larger than initially expected. If the crew is turned away or if a cancellation occurs with less than 24 hours’ notice, a late cancellation fee of $100 will apply.

2. Invoicing & Payment

Invoices will be sent upon completion of the project, and payment is due within 10 days of receipt. Payments not received within 30 days will incur a late fee of 1.5% per month. In cases of non-payment, accounts may be sent to a collection agency, with additional costs and fees passed on to the client.

3. Limited Lifetime Warranty

Elevated Concrete Lifting offers a lifetime warranty for residential properties for resettlement beyond 1/4", provided the concrete has been in place for a minimum of ten years. This warranty includes a one-time complimentary re-lift. Immediate resettlement (within two weeks) will also be covered for a second re-lift at no cost if reported promptly. Commercial and industrial projects have a one-year warranty.

Conditions:

  • Warranty does not cover newly laid concrete on un-compacted fill less than 10 years old, but a 60% discounted rate is available for such cases within two years.
  • The warranty excludes concrete repair, drill hole patches, and sealant applied to or between slabs.
  • It is void if proper sealing of cracks and joints or maintenance of back-fill along the slab edges is not upheld. It also does not apply to damage caused by flooding or other acts of nature.

4. Allocation of Risk

Elevated Concrete Lifting is not liable for incidental or consequential damages, landscaping issues, or any damage related to plumbing, electrical, or cracks in the slab. The maximum liability is limited to $500 or the amount paid for the work, whichever is greater.

5. Lien Waivers

Clients will receive written lien waivers upon full payment.

6. Missouri Mechanics’ or Materialmen’s Liens

Clients are informed that under Missouri law, labor and materials used on the property may be subject to lien rights. Notices should be forwarded to the client’s mortgage lender if applicable.

7. Insurance

Property owners must maintain necessary insurance for their property. Elevated Concrete Lifting carries Workmen’s Compensation and Public Liability Insurance.

8. Governing Law; Venue

This agreement is governed by Missouri state law. Any legal actions will be pursued in state or federal courts with jurisdiction over the work location. Both parties consent to the venue and waive objections based on jurisdiction.
